And he always had this flip chart next to him.

And prior to this game, we'd had a bad start.

We were getting pilloried at home and he was getting dog's abuse from everywhere.

Not that we're aware of it that much because we were in Mexico and there was no social media, thankfully.

So he gets us in this room before, as he would do on a match day, and he goes...
