No, what I'm saying to you is he has to look after himself, he has to make a decision that's right for him, but also I think he's the type of guy who will look at also the club and think, they've looked after me, they've looked after me when we went down.

They got relegated and rightly so, they stuck with him.

So they've looked after him, he's looked after them.
