But this is the age old chat that comes up as well, like about food or Irish food and, you know, different times going like, well, what is it?
You know what I mean?
A lot of us, I think, and there's a lot of people that make the mistake of mixing up what Irish ingredients are as opposed to Irish cuisine.
You know what I mean?
I mean, the ingredients are world, world class.
But then what's the traditional dishes?
And with all due respect to coddle and other stuff or stews or shepherd's pies.
They call it in Liverpool, scouse, I think.
Scouse, yeah, scouse, yeah.
But that's the killer with coddle too, like if ever there's a dish that dies a death like on site, it's coddle.
Yeah, but I can't eat it either.
I can't look at it.
Even when I make it, I'm like going, Jesus Christ, I'm not eating that shit.
