So, um, I thought college was the next step for me.

And, uh, yeah, I, I had some zoom calls called here and a couple other schools and, um, kind of slimmed it down to two schools and, uh, came and visited here.

And like, it's hard to say no to what you got here.

Um, you know, I think I met the coaches and stuff, met some players and

They're just people I want to surround myself with and seeing the facilities and stuff.

It's like you don't get much better than this.

Yeah, that's why I did it.

I feel like it would make that jump to the NHL a little bit more smooth.

You see with Celebrini and those guys just hopping right into the league and dominating.

I think that's why coming to college here, you're playing against guys who are older and faster and stuff.

I think it makes it a little bit easier for me.

Like they weren't like excited, obviously, but like.

Maybe if they got him a sleeper bus, he would have stayed.

No, but they were really good about it.

Like Willie, he's been with a lot of good hockey players.

So he was great about it.

Obviously, I was really close with my coaching group.

So shed some tears, but they understood.
