Well, not no light, but like you wake up at 11 and it's still dark out.
Yeah, it was for sure sad.
Funny story, I left home with two broken hands.
You fought a bear.
Yeah, I left with two casts on my own.
My family was like, man, do you want to come home?
And I said no.
I obviously wanted to stay.
Luckily, it was COVID, so I didn't miss many games.
But...
Yeah, I obviously wanted to move away.
Like seeing Dylan move away, I knew I had to at a young age.
So it was something I was willing to do.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I was just always in my family.
Um, I loved, loved hockey.
Yeah.
Like that photo of my, my, my mom would, uh, I'd have to try and wear gloves to bed and, uh, she'd put mittens on me cause I couldn't wear them to bed and I'd try to wear my helmet to bed and she'd have to put a toucan on me instead.
and uh i just always like i don't know like i always loved hockey my family grew up into the sport everyone in my family like grandpa uncles yeah hockey so i had a backyard rink when i was like three so i just grew up into the sport yeah your whole family your mom played i believe you have two sisters and one of them plays one of them plays they both have played yeah yeah pat said the other one's more interested in the arts now at this point yeah are your parents both from whitehorse
