And I don't think it's good on a universal level, on a Buddhist level, to say that about your song, because the song is the only reason he was there.

The song literally, if he didn't have that song, which is his only kind of semi-hit, then what?

It wouldn't even be in that bar.

So I have a mad gratitude to my songs, like a deep gratitude that I don't.

So if I just get, what happens to me is that

As I write more and more music, I keep getting heavier and heavier.

I just think it's much funnier, much more ironic.

I'm not tailing off into sunset with some yacht rock stuff and some acoustic driven music.

It's a super detuned, really much heavier.

And so sometimes I can't play too many of the old songs because they just...

they don't represent who I am of today.

So I just pepper them.

And then that way, cause I'm singing them, there's a consistency in them, but, but I, I just don't like to give too much of that old style, a consistent run in the set because it's not really who I am, but I'll always play those songs.

Um, and they're just great kind of cornerstones in the set that, that,

sort of lubricate people through the songs they maybe don't know so well and i never play a whole load of songs people don't know well or anything like that and the audience is so now with um streaming that people still know all the songs it feels like whether they know all the words i'm like if i catch their eye because i always catch people's eye and so they just feel the need to like
