So we had a, then I ended up hitting with him three times there.

Then he just sent me on.

I know Tommy Huss from that period with Andy.

So Tommy set me up with someone in Munich where he's from.

And wherever I went, there'd be a bunch of,

pickleball players, loads of pickleball players, and very few people playing tennis.

It's so hard, tennis, you know, people want to look good.

And that's what I said in reference first, you know, when I knew Andy better, I cared so much about tennis, I think I was probably kind of terrible, because I wanted it so bad, my arm was like this mic thing, it just was like so tight, which is the enemy of sport.

now I kind of care 10-15% less I'm so much better so much more fluid and he's going so when I play all I want to do is play someone who's really good so they just keep the ball going they're not screwing us up you know if anyone's going to screw us up can it just be me not both of us this could be a nightmare so I like to play people that don't miss that much

And a lot of colleges I've played at, you know, out here, a lot of teams, a lot of players on college play, you know.

And they, of course, they can't believe that a musician is going to come and further, not just come and play, but really work.

Like, you know, to train properly with them.

And everyone gets the sweat going.

But I would never want to play matches with them.

That'd be a waste of time, you know.

A bittersweet feeling of not wanting it to end, even though I leave here and I'm going to tour next week and then I go to Europe.

But still, my brain is like with this, with playing with Mammoth and the band James the Cold Gun.

there's a little bit of sadness you know if there's a not quite sad like not tears sadness but a sort of sadness like oh man you know i got into the i'd um got into the routine of it i know the people great energy backstage everyone's friends i check out they're doing good um watch mammoth a little bit you know it's just a nice energy so you just know the world you're in

So I miss that.
