So I had the weird thing about just, I used to sing verses and songs into a tape recorder and say to the guy, I didn't know enough.
I'd be like, you must have a load of chords.
No one's given the chance to play.
And so there were people I knew from my school and I was like, you know, I was like, play like, you know, the Stone Roses, you know, it's really happening.
I said, what are the, show me what are indie chords?
And I remember the guitar player in Midnight going to me, that's just people that can't play very well.
Yeah, but there's a barbarism to it that is essential that he was missing.
I tuned too much later, so I got better at guitar.
And all that happened is that then the next band I was in, which had a number of names.
