ETFs are big and growing, but they're still a rounding error relative to what else is held on the platform, right?
So they were four or five percent max.
They're now well above 10%, closing in on 15% of holdings.
And that's very significant.
The primary driver of that is young people.
So young people will.
Round twenty five percent of people we've got under the age of fifty only buy ETFs.
They don't try to buy it and is that because
Well, the funniest thing about it is no, that's not what they're doing at all.
They start with the ASX two hundred and they buy the ASX two hundred ETF, one specific provider, and they buy a lot of it consistently over time.
So this sort of real wealth accumulation story.
Then they will move to an international ETF, usually the S P five hundred, but they might just buy a Misky World or something, I assume.
They are aware that 70% of Misky World is the US anyway.
Uh
So older investors use ETFs as a way to diversify into international markets because they've already got big portfolios that can be relatively well diversified.
Younger investors just buy ETFs.
So you see a real split between the different bases or the different sort of customer types.
