And at the same time, I also, or like directly after, is always around goals.
Like what do we actually want to change?
Because once we get excited about what we're focusing on, then we're going to do the work.
Yeah.
So money coaching is kind of, I think it's a framework broken up into a few different steps.
It's like acknowledging where you are right now and acknowledging that something has to change.
Like you want to, and it might be a whole overhaul or it might be little tweaks.
So acknowledging, then you want to reflect like, how have I been managing money?
How have I felt about that?
How's my relationship with money?
Just kind of looking back on where this might've come from.
Then we want to get inspired.
We want to start thinking about
How could I feel about money?
How good would it be if in a year, two years, five years, I felt really calm about it?
Like, how do I want to feel?
Just imagine that new version.
And then it's act because we don't need to put actions in place if we're not clear on all the other stuff.
And then it's staying the course, which is like, you know, how do you, how are you going to stay the course?
How are you going to build an accountability?
