Let's look at every single area.
But where I always like to start, unless there's something that is really, really glaringly obvious, where I always like to start is money mindset.
We talk about it all the time, but it just is so important because how we think and feel about money impacts how we then make decisions and the outcomes that
whether they're good or bad from that.
Even with financial advice, if you go to a financial advisor, they give you a strategy, the best statement of advice in the world.
If your money mindset and things aren't healthy when you leave the financial advisor's office or you turn off the Zoom, the stuff that happens every single day impacts if you're able to put that best plan into action.
So that's always a really good place to start.
We do a bit of work around that.
And at the same time, I also, or like directly after, is always around goals.
Like what do we actually want to change?
Because once we get excited about what we're focusing on, then we're going to do the work.
Yeah.
So money coaching is kind of, I think it's a framework broken up into a few different steps.
It's like acknowledging where you are right now and acknowledging that something has to change.
Like you want to, and it might be a whole overhaul or it might be little tweaks.
So acknowledging, then you want to reflect like, how have I been managing money?
How have I felt about that?
How's my relationship with money?
Just kind of looking back on where this might've come from.
Then we want to get inspired.
