So what I was trying to say is just like, don't resist that.
Like be okay with this like constant evolution.
And maybe people who knew you five years ago might know a version of you that doesn't exist anymore, but that's not a bad thing.
It just means that you're continuing to grow.
And that's what I would actually be...
diving towards as a positive thing.
That's why I think this episode's so important.
It's to have the conversation and to be a motivator and an inspiration for you to not think that it's too late.
And that's why I think that your environment...
other than just this podcast episode, but your actual environment and what you're consuming is going to really impact whether or not you do make a change, make a pivot.
Because if you are around people and maybe you want to make a change and then the people around you who are the same age as you, who maybe feel a bit insecure about you wanting more for yourself, maybe they're in your workplace and you're like, oh, maybe I'm going to do something different.
You need to understand that people will project onto you and you can't let that stop you.
So your environment is so important in the sense of if you want to study, if you want a career shift, if you wanted to get into the fitness and lots of people are around you telling you that it's too late, it's not the right time.
I want you to just think about protecting who you're taking advice from, like protecting that energy around that.
So essentially, I would be wanting to take advice from people who are doing what you want to do.
If it's the examples that we've said with Vera Wang and Boost Juice, that's going to inspire you.
Follow more people that are doing that.
Follow more women who are
a little bit older who are absolutely kicking ass because if you stay stuck in a bubble of everyone doing the same thing but you want different it's like you need exposure to different things and you need to listen to different voices and something that I always like to think as well is like there is no prime like we just keep evolving don't get stuck in this notion that
You know, once you hit 30, your prime is over.
