Like 30 is young, 40 is young.
Like it doesn't actually exist.
Like we decide what our prime is.
Don't give someone else that power to be like, oh, it's too late to do anything.
That is a limiting belief.
So be careful who you listen to and the information you absorb.
Follow people that inspire and motivate you.
And you've just got to remember that it's never too late to try something new.
Yeah, same with fitness.
If you wanted to get into the gym and you only follow people that are say professional bodybuilders or let's just say someone who only does classes and they don't have the physique or the goals that you want, it just doesn't line up.
It needs to align with what you want and it needs to support that.
We always speak about engineering your socials to be a positive place, to block things that are negative and to really be careful of that.
But I think that
That's what I would be really wanting to focus on is just making sure that you are not just allowing access to so much negativity or one bias or one mindset because it's just going to taint your mindset.
Like it's no way around it.
So just be mindful of what you're consuming.
And on like another example of that is like I am โ guys, I'm 32.
I am not going to follow 21-year-old fitness influencers who potentially just love the gym, aren't even qualified, who train six days a week, wake up and do this really elaborate thing and track all of their macros really meticulously and live that certain lifestyle.
Like if I follow that, me personally, I know that I would be like, I'm not doing enough.
maybe I should be stricter, blah, blah, blah, blah.
