Yeah, I love how you worded that as well because I think when it comes to conflict and it comes to having these tough conversations, it can come across like a tacky, like they might feel like, oh, well, what have I done wrong?
I've just gotten this thing.
But I think you being like, this is how this makes me feel because of my shit and I'm trying to talk to you about it because I want you to understand what I'm going through.
And then like Kate said, that conversation and the way that that's approached can then be like, okay, cool.
Maybe I can help you.
Is there something I can do to help you get to where you're trying to get to?
Or just acknowledge that it's a feeling and move on.
I think that's hugely important as well.
Would I be friends with myself?
