Like in the most loving way people are just supporting you.
But it's like if you deep down want to get into the gym and you're not doing it and then everyone around you is just like you're fine, don't change anything, don't get into it.
it's going to be really hard for you to snap out of that because you feel really good in that moment.
So again, if you do want to get into the gym though, it's like you kind of just need to start.
You can't be waiting for when you're going to magically feel motivated or when the perfect time is going to come up.
You just kind of got to get into it and stop talking about it.
Because say if you do say to your partner or your family or deep down, you're like, I really would love to
be able to do a chin up.
I'd really love to be a gym girly and be able to do those things.
It's like, if you have spoken about that for the last six months and not spoken, if you've spoken about that over the last six months and not done anything about it, it's time to do something.
Yep.
And on the topic of resetting, let's actually break that down with steps, training, nutrition, and getting organized because sometimes we can start with the best intentions, but maybe the plan that we thought was going to work for us doesn't.
And that's also okay.
Let's go to fitness.
Say if you wanted to do boxing twice a week, or you wanted to do
the gym five times per week.
And that's what you started with for four weeks and you dropped off.
Like this is the time to reset and be like, okay, what can I realistically commit to?
Maybe you can commit to three sessions per week.
Maybe the sessions that you started with at the start of the year were actually too long for what you can realistically stick to with your work schedule and your other commitments and priorities.
