So I want you to reset your training and
and think about what you can see yourself doing for the rest of the year and implement that.
If you're not following a structured training program, Kate and I would both recommend doing that if you have big gym goals.
So it's going to make your life easier just showing up and ticking the boxes.
In terms of steps, if you started off strong with walking and things like that, and then maybe, you know, you can't,
do things in the same order at the same time as you were before.
Let's implement a new routine.
When can you get more daily movement in?
The last thing I'm going to say in terms of like organization is we love doing calendar blocking.
Kate uses Google Calendar.
I use Apple Calendar.
And essentially, if you're not already doing this and you're feeling a bit chaotic and
looking at how your week currently flows, where you have room for improvement.
And that could be that you're not giving yourself enough time to have your morning routine.
It could be that you're going to bed really late and that's having a flow on effect to how your next day is going.
I really want you to sit down and look at
how you can on a Sunday, get better organized for the week, time block, and even come up with a new schedule of how you want to fit everything in.
I think it's good and worthwhile doing this every few months because it really allows you to be like, okay, this worked for me two or three months ago when I was doing X, Y, Z, but now I've got family commitment, travel, whatever it is.
Let's rejig this to suit the next two or three months so I can keep the consistency going.
