who heard the word collided gave much higher speed estimates than those who heard the word made contact or bumped because they kind of trusted that if somebody else was using these words well matched
You know, they probably also had a more accurate opinion or a more accurate view, even though they had experienced it themselves. matched
What they found was that later on, when people were again asked to tell them some details about this car accident, sometimes two or three weeks later, people who had heard the word smashed, they started saying, well, I saw glass everywhere. matched
