For example, as the American president has said, it just takes a couple of people to screw up the Gulf because they can get down there in their fishing boats and drop mines in and Lloyd's of London injects the insurance rates up and people don't want to send their ships through.
And for the American president to say, well, you know, they're just going to have to show guts.
