You know, the best performing teams that I worked in were unbelievably tight and cohesive.

There was a there was a spirit of equality within them, and they were inclusive.

They weren't teams that excluded people.

The best decision-making environments that I was part of were ones where I was challenged, or where there was challenged, where you had you had genuine diversity of views and diversity of thinking.
