Could you see Harbaugh going to Pittsburgh

and Tomlin going to Baltimore, how would that scenario work with the players?

Well, it wouldn't work because the Steelers still hold the rights to Mike Tomlin, and there's no way in hell the Steelers and the Ravens are making some sort of trade to improve each other.

So it's not going to work.

But when Mike Tomlin did what he did after that playoff game, it doesn't seem all that likely that he's coming to Baltimore.
