that long of a period in the grand scheme and trying to convince, yeah, trying to convince people that it's just, it's a battle.
I mean, clubs have dealt with that.
Clubs go bonkers if they lose the course for nine months, even though it's going to be so much better and all that.
So, yeah, there's still hurdles.

huge expense and of course i hate usga greens from an artistic standpoint because they're they just strip some they're harder to do and harder to tie in properly and it's why corn crunch are on another level because they don't build usga greens they're modified ones but that cost now is really uh not a big deal compared to irrigation systems and we probably have to have a
serious conversation about how much needs to be irrigated and how many of these little little bells and whistles that are in these systems now uh how vital those are because i think that's the next
real hurdle even though we've gotten past the we've gotten to the the more enlightened part and people understanding a place the difference between something that looks tired and and and uh one that looks rejuvenated and plays better and functions better but yeah the the irrigation cost thing is um it's just crazy

Even though Brentwood country club provides a beautiful decomposed granite.
I mean, I know some runners don't want to get their shoes dusty.
I understand it, but it's better than running on concrete all the way around the golf course.
Anybody can run around it.
Nice trees and all that.
