I mean, I actually had a bit of a chat with Conrad Smith the other day.
He's a cycling guy.
And his new role is the head of performance.
And I said, look, I've got some horrific what bike workouts we could get.
We could be the new fittest team in world rugby.
But, yeah, no, I think a lot of it doesn't really cross over into a lot of things because cycling is so extreme that I think you just, I mean, look at the state of me.
If you give an all-black one of our workouts, I'm losing 10 kilos of muscle mass and getting steamrolled.
