Tell us about the sunny west coast of America where you are because obviously it's home to many of the biggest businesses and the leading minds when it comes to artificial intelligence.

What's it like working out?

Obviously you've got Silicon Valley over there and California as a hub for tech in general.

And yes, it obviously is important to do so.

And that is what this show is all about.

But things are just moving so quickly.

It's hard not to question whether there's a disconnect between the tech advancements and what's actually happening in businesses and boardrooms.

But we often discuss on the show how a lot of AI initiatives struggle to take off or are just implemented poorly, especially when it comes to trust, governance, or just getting the workplace ready to actually use AI.

Steve, you mentioned you're working with some of the biggest businesses across the world.

What are you finding people are getting, well, businesses are getting right about AI and equally, what are they getting wrong?
