Because either you can't afford to make the car repair, you know, it's kind of kaput, you don't have the money for the new one, or you need to sell the one you have to get rid of the payments and go down to one car while you save up for the next one.

There's a lot of reasons to go down to one car, and I think we should all take some stock and go, if you need to right now because of debt or other financial obligations, it's worth exploring this option.
