This is what a team is all about, being spirit, like caring for one another.
There is guys, as you know, as you know them well, Bob,
If somebody does something and he's not a heavyweight, there's something, there's nothing that I could do.
But when I was playing back then, we had many guys that had grit, that knew that if there was a little feisty player that would just turtle with me, guys would not be afraid to step up for one another.
And the Oilers team are like this.
You know, there's no heavyweights in Edmonton anymore, but there's guys that have grit and that have won each other's back.
And you know, in the NHL, it's not just dirty hit.
When you hit your start, even with a clean check, you want to respond to show everyone that, you know what, you're not going to hit our best players like this.
We're not going to accept this.
That's how it is.

Because this is how you know how close a team is and how you care for one another.
And those teams, that's how they win.
And again, this team made it to the Stanley Cup playoffs two years in a row.
