But I think particularly in the world of songwriting and music, as an artist and a writer in those three, four years of being published and writing music,
And when I wasn't published, I thought, you know, everything I was doing was amazing.
And lyrically, they were, I still listen back to things I did.
But I think always kind of remembering that like you're absorbing constantly, absorbing other people's ideas and their techniques and their mannerisms.
And the second you stop learning and you stop absorbing, you stop creating new things because it's everything moves through you.
Art is fluid and watch the ego, I think, essentially is what I'm trying to say.
And just understand that sometimes a different opinion is not necessarily the wrong one when it comes to creating.

It has about three lines, then a chorus, then this middle section that kind of feels like it should be a second verse, but it's probably more of a middle A, and then a chorus.
And that sort of rule breaking in songwriting, and I was saying this to my manager, definitely, when we're having this conversation,
You have to master what you're doing before you can start to pull it apart like that.
And I think like that exercise of writing EDM and writing to briefs and becoming the most polished, obedient military writer you can possibly be where you walk in to a room with
