So I'd have it in a smoothie in the morning.
And then if I was having my lunch, I'd have it on the side.
And then whatever.
I was eating for dinner I just throw a handful of it on top of it oh yeah you went there yeah so now I'm and do you know what my hemoglobin stayed really well the whole way through but now I'm just like ugh
I just need to change it slightly if I'm having spinach.
So I love the idea of a no spinach salad.
Oh, that's such a good idea.
I'm going to do that for sure.
