But she was saying the importance of asking for something that you need.

And that's often a step that we don't...

talk about or we don't do.

And that is a vital first step.

But this lady was saying that once you call your angels down, there needs to be a period of silence.

So you have to get rid of the phone, of social media, of TV, so that they have space to come in.
