We were all on the same page, as people like to say, and we wanted the same thing.

We have the same goal.

And we worked together in a collaborative way to make it happen.

And that's what,

energized me and that's what I loved.

It was incredible.

And that's what people like too, because they like to see a collective of people working together and moving in one direction because that gives them hope in their lives that they're not just isolated and that they could do that.

He was our manager from the beginning because of Neil Young.

Neil Young brought him in.
