managers absolutely love to create a siege mentality I mean Fergie did it for years Mourinho tries to do it for years he's been doing it for years as well and I'm sure Pep's trying to do the same so maybe that siege mentality and the sort of fencing off of those around them might actually spur them on in the latter stage of the Champions League it could be in a strange way a blessing for them
Yeah, I feel he's a great fit.
I mean, of course he was brought to Liverpool by Rodgers himself and with Liverpool, Leicester, sorry, involving the midfield a bit more than they had under previous managers, it seems like a bit of a no-brainer.
It also shows just how strong Liverpool are, that they're seemingly okay to not offer him a new contract and let him go.
For Leicester, sort of beyond this season,
I feel like it's actually more about keeping Jamie Vardy's pace and how they'll manage without that.
He's managed it really well over the last couple of years and he sort of strolls around the pitch and then it's bang.
I mean, we see it every week.
But he's 33.
People forget that.
And he's such a key part of how they play.
It'll be interesting to see how they deal with any sort of loss of pace there over six months, a year, 18 months, two years, and how they manage that.

I think when expectation rises, particularly with Arsenal, the fall is quite hard.
