Well, astonishingly, uh Felix Felix Zhezinsky, whose statue was removed when the Soviet Union collapsed, his statue has just been resurrected again in Moscow as well.
This is was a brutal, extremely unpleasant, malevolent political schema who now has his statue re-erected in the heart of Moscow.
Just upputed the street.
But it but it is interesting that Putin Putin is using these these figures from this period, you know, and resurrecting them.
And I have to say here, Stalin has a point.
There was a real fear that Trotsky, who thought very highly of himself, he was a very commanding, imperious presence.
There was a real fear that with these uh old Russian generals, who were generally pretty competent, that he'd set himself up as a new Napoleon Bonaparte.
You know, that actually he'd kick out the Bolsheviks, he'd get rid of Stalin and Lenin, and actually would set up his own personal dictator.
So you can see that when Stalin says this, well, of course, Stalin has a huge grudge against Trotsky, but uh he's not without reason, perhaps.
