Hi, I'm Giles P. Croft.

I'm a coach and trainer.

In a former life, I was an NHS surgeon.

I left many years ago and pursued all sorts of exciting alternative careers.

And in doing so, really got to grips with the human experience.

And that's what I share with people these days, helping them to really see deeply how they're experiencing the world and who they really are.

So on the 4th of July last year, I had a TIA completely out of the blue with absolutely no risk factors whatsoever.

So yeah, that was a bit of a shock.

transient systemic attack right exactly a mini stroke a mini stroke so it's it's all the symptoms of a stroke but then um because it's as a result of a blood clot that then clears itself um all the symptoms had completely resolved yeah in sort of well 24 hours later i was i was back to normal as normal as i'll ever be so what actually happened at the time

just just like having absolutely no interest in whatsoever because it just didn't make any sense to me and so anyway um i went i went back to sleep um and and and then got up and it wasn't really until i went downstairs and and when i opened my mouth a whole load of gobbledygook came out even more than usual rachel before you say it i was
