It's just brilliant to see it.
And at a time when it's so hard to start a business and it's like things are so tough at the minute with energy costs and all of that.
And I just take my hat off to anybody who starts a business in any sector.
But hospitality in particular is so tough.
But I just as I said, I think there's just some really exciting things happening.
I think we're better at talking about it.
But I'll tell you another thing.
I'm going to spoil it.
As my credit card company confessed, he definitely is.
Actually, we don't have a hibachi grill yet.
And actually, I did finally get him to sell the sous vide to somebody.
I can't quite remember who, but no, it's funny.
And it's interesting like that because things like asparagus, I wouldn't be a huge fan of asparagus, but cook it on a grill like that, charcoal it.
So I think you're right.
I think the techniques are better.
