So you very often invite other people to cook at your supper clubs.
You give over one of your restaurants.
And I've been to them and they are the coolest people in London and they are always sold out.
But what what I find really interesting about Subclass is that if people come from the community, they leave with a a whole new repertoire of dishes they may never have tasted before.
And you're do you mentioned East De Belfrage.
Um, you know, her food is well I mean it's not so different than ours.
It's not just from Brazil, it's from it's from everywhere but also she has made her own uh journey into uh you know, the many, many cuisines of of Brazil.
And so she she puts that on the table.
People come away with having never tasted this kind of stuff before.
You're doing that with me.
We've you've got to the Turkish she's amazing.
It's so much more than a just a series of restaurants and a and a a series of books.
It's it's this will go back to what we were talking about right at the beginning.
It's a community, it's about a a dollar per glass.
