And we're not saying don't use antibiotics.
We're saying don't just use them willy-nilly.

Hello and welcome back to Cooking the Books with me, Jillie Smith, the podcast which takes us through four food moments from the books of our favourite food writers.
It's about all of life through the prism of food.
And this week I'm with Danish food writer and campaigner Trina Harneman and her latest cookbook, Midnight Sun.
This is a book about long, lazy summer days.
Cycling to the beach, stopping off to buy strawberries from a local stall, peeling shrimps to eat with homemade mayo and bread.
Under the haze of a Scandinavian sun, food for Trina is about much more than a picnic.
It's about history, time, geography and culture.
