It was interesting.

I um I was went to a f absolutely quintessential English pub yesterday, on the water, you know, weeping willows all around.

I mean, it couldn't have been more British summer scene.

And there was a Danish couple next to me who had literally come in from Gatwick that morning cu and come straight to this pub, obviously done their research.

And they were on their way to Rick Steines down in Corn.

normal.

So they knew where they were going and they were going

presumably for the food.

And I said, How is the food?

thinking, Why are you here? 'Cause the food wasn't great.

The s the summer scene was very beautiful, but the food and they went, um, it was fine.

And I said, Come on, tell me.

And they went,

Uh this is still what we expect from Britain, that it's just gonna be fine.

And I started talking about food and I told them I was interviewing you today and I went, Oh Trina Heinemann, oh yeah, we love her food and you know, they knew everything about what you stand for.

It's not just good food, it's it's good food with family and friends, uh properly grown locally, seasonal.

And everything that that really wasn't in that beautiful.

And I felt so embarrassed.

I mean, does it feel that Denmark really has this culture now?

Or does it feel like you're still kind of pushing up a hill to make it fully accessible and fully available, that message of local seasonal, grow your own, eat beautiful food with family and friends?
