I think it also helps to bring up a feeling too, you know, when you're picturing the goal you want and the outcome you want, instead of just picturing it, trying to make it as real as you can, you know, um, including how you would feel once you're there, you know, so bringing up that feeling is a good way to like connect the thought and the feeling together so that when you're actually there and that experience that was troublesome before, it feels like you've already done it.

Am I way off here? I would say that it's really, really similar because... I would see it as like feeding your unconscious or feeding your subconscious because right when you wake up, you're in a hypnotic state. So you're in that state of speed learning, you know, where your mind is more receptive. And right before you fall asleep, you're in that state as well.
