A meat wheel.

So I made these pesto chicken roll ups, uh just took the chicken breast, pounded it flat with a meat tenderizer, put pesto on both sides, homemade pesto.

All the ingredients, all the directions are on my website, grainfreecomfort food dot com.

Super easy.

And um you just it nothing.

Sounds difficult.

No, very difficult.

Um so you put pesto on both sides of the chicken breast once it's flat and once it's pounded out.

You take I like I was like what what would be a nice Mediterranean complimentary vegetable?

I chose artichoke hearts and a little bit of um cherry pepper, pimento.

Yeah.

And rolled them all up, cooked them for about a half an hour, and it's done.

So I like to cut 'em in half because I like to be able to see the middle and it's just something uh a little different and

And I didn't always like pesto, but I really like it now.

And chicken breast is pretty flavorless, so I thought this would be nice to to compliment it.

I like marinara and I like cream sauces.
