Um so you put pesto on both sides of the chicken breast once it's flat and once it's pounded out.

And chicken breast is pretty flavorless, so I thought this would be nice to to compliment it.

I love pesto now, and so I've made it with broiled shrimp, and I just thought this would be kind of a fun family night, uh really truly not difficult uh meal everyone could make.
