And I think that is something you feel even when we're, so when you have a new person that moves in,

immediately.

They get their little welcome kit.

They get their neighbors that come and introduce themselves to them.

And it's now this organic thing that it's expected.

So it's not something we have to force or pay people extra or do something.

You just see it happen.

So it's really cool.

And

We have this really magical piece.

We have five nonprofits that are in here.

Two of them fight human trafficking.

And we give that group, we give one of those groups has an office here for free.

They have 125 pieces of art, huge paintings in here.

Every painting is a story of someone who was rescued from human trafficking.

And what's interesting is when people come in, they go, it looks like an art gallery in here.

We have Arapahoe Libraries.

They do events in here and they have everyone at the event go and tour the art.

The city, the mayor, she has an arts and cultural foundation and she holds her events here and incorporates the art into her programs here.

So it's this really great, the visibility is great, but there's also this feel when you walk in, you're going, it feels, I mean, everyone says, I love the vibe.
