We have more than doubled our price.
And we learned that in the first year going, oh, we're charging way too low for this.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And, you know, oh, you have to rent tablecloths because they're going to cost you eight dollars to dry clean them.
You know, just all the things we learned in the first year are we were charging like fifteen hundred dollars to rent a 200 person space and then charging things on top of we're like, oh, now it's three thousand dollars.
Plus, if it's after 10 p.m., you have to have a five hundred dollar charge so we can have a security guard here.
So we've learned a lot in the event, but it's the interesting thing is in the South Denver area, there's very few event spaces.
So it's booked all the time.
Yeah.

Like from here to Castle Rock, where I live, they're adding, I think it's 20,000 more homes in just the South area that people don't want to drive downtown.
It's very, the traffic is bad.
There's a lot of issues when you're downtown that people are like, I don't want to hold events there.
So we've capitalized on that as well.
They're about 30 minutes away.
They're west.
They're southwest.
Kiln is southwest in Littleton and so is Shift in Littleton.
But yeah, those would be the comparable businesses, but they're far enough west that people who live out there, this is too much of a drive and vice versa.
