So we opened in March of 2020, like a lot of co-working operators.

And

We had 10,000 square feet of this building of a 50,000 square foot building.

And DaVita Dialysis, they had a big call center in the other 40,000 square feet.

We opened it because I had this marketing agency with 12 employees.

We were looking for office space.

We kept touring co-working spaces.

We couldn't agree on one.

We just felt like they were really quiet.

They were really sterile.

They obviously didn't allow either dogs or kids, a lot of them.

And so if you brought in... Taylor had just had a baby, my daughter.

And I said, bring her with us when we tour because there's going to be days you're going to have to bring her to work.

And...

We would go in some and we thought, oh, we would be kicked out of this place really quick because we're too loud.

Or you have your dog with you or your daughter with you.

And so and we just felt like they were very corporate-y feeling.

And so we started joking and saying, maybe we should open our own co-working space and just make it for marketers.

And I know.
