Let me go back to the Glenn and Simington.
So Glenn and Simington were senators.
And basically, there was a Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 that basically described what we're allowed to do aid-wise and what countries have to do in order for us to give them aid.
So...
So one of those things is the nonproliferation treaty.
So if you're a nuclear power, you have to submit, you know, and especially to get order.
Oh, my gosh.
Especially to get aid from the U.S.
Yeah.
So the Clinton 17 amendments were added to that act in 1976 and 1977.
Those two were senators and they were actually extremely outraged at the whole NUMEC scandal, the NUMEC affair, because it was just a blatant.
international violation of treaties, of allyship, of laws.
And so they were like, no, that's not going to pass.
So they ended up amending the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and added those two amendments that say the U.S.
is not allowed in any capacity to send any type of weaponry, money, any type of aid to countries that refuse to submit to the Nonproliferation Treaty, IAEA testing, and then just the acknowledgement of nuclear weapons.
So literally every single dollar since then, which is I mean, it's probably trillions.
Honestly, we don't know.
Every single dollar since then has been illegal.
Yeah.
Every single dollar.
