But we all, every user has got the work to do, right, on this.
It isn't just the companies making the stuff.
It's the people using it to determine this.
And we can talk about the workforce changes because the difference now is of all these past technologies, right this moment, this one's going to go faster than the past ones have gone.
So it's really easy to say, oh, no, we're going to create as many new jobs as the old jobs.
That's been true in history.
But the arc of time has been like decades.
This one's going to be faster.
So like when history looks back, it can say that.
But those of us living in the moment, it's going to have a dislocation.
The humans will be impacted.
And so I think we're going to have to talk about, okay, I better be honest with people right now about whose jobs are going to change.
Do I have to start retraining them?
Do I have different restructuring programs?
What do I do?
Do I give people longer severance?
Do I, you know, no, you have to give you two years.
Do I give you retraining?
Does the government have to have new programs?
I think we're going to face that in the next couple of years pretty quickly.
