And that's what I meant.

I felt like it can be somewhat gradual that you come and you may have these like pivotal moments that you see it, but then you feel it and you sort of move over that transom into the power of we.

I agree with that.

I mean, I think you've got to be careful who you surround yourself with.

That's how I would answer that question, right?

And people who will hold the mirror up to you can be done in a very positive way, by the way.

It doesn't mean, you know... But that we're sycophants, you cannot have that, right?

I mean, it's like... I always say to someone, like, hey, listen to me.

I mean, tell me what would make me better or do something or...

I have a husband that'll do that for me quite easily, by the way.

He'll always tell me.

I have been surrounded myself with a number of people that will do that.

And I think you have to have that.

I had a woman that worked with me for a very long time.

And at one time we were competitors.
