So why don't we start with kind of what your background is?

You obviously said marketing.

Why'd you start the, the coworking space?

I mean, you've gone from 10,000 to 50,000 feet.

So let's, for the people that don't know your backstory, let's start there.

But yeah, lots, lots of, I remember being in there when you were looking at it, you were, you were in the process of negotiating it.

So we got to sit down and kind of talk through some of that.

Well, let's talk about that magic that people talk about is what is it that is that, right?

Is it because you are targeting small entrepreneurs?

Is it because of your hospitality?

Is it because, what is it?

Well, like you said, it really is a community center, right?

In a lot of ways for those support systems, for those associations, for even sounds like the local political landscape as well.

So does the church have offices there too, or just...

And that area has grown so much, right?

Lots of families, lots of new development.

And I mean, I think part of, I mean, Jamie, both you, I mean, it's both Kiln and Shift are technically competitors, right?

Well, also, it's a different product mix.
