And for example, outside of Morristown, call it Bridgewater and some of the others are some larger, more enterprise developments.

And so we're going to use T-Mobile, for example, right?

We actually toured one of their former spaces.

And so what a lot of these companies are doing is they had a full floor or multiple floors, and they're no longer using multiple floors.

So they're consolidating and now opening up

7,000 to 10,000 feet in downtown Morristown, where everyone can walk around and they have the amenities.

And so that's what it's about, is how do you drive people to the office?
