And the first time we're touring, I said that he was it's more like 215.
And so I'm like, that's a lot.
That's a lot more offices.
It's, it's varied, but I mean, even then two 15 and two 25 on 15, 20,000 feet is a lot of square footage, but then also, you know, his efficiency with man, how he manages the team and, you know, the, the overall business, I think is something that, you know, I know you're, you have, I guess I would probably say a problem getting some operators to realize how efficient they need to be to truly make money.
So I've never asked this question.
