We actually toured one of their former spaces.

And so what a lot of these companies are doing is they had a full floor or multiple floors, and they're no longer using multiple floors.

So they're consolidating and now opening up

7,000 to 10,000 feet in downtown Morristown, where everyone can walk around and they have the amenities.

And so that's what it's about, is how do you drive people to the office?

These larger enterprises are looking for all that stuff, right?

Which is why, back to your point, I mean, Morristown, New Jersey isn't getting more supply, right?

It's landlocked unless you start tearing stuff down.
