And then when you start a new company, you got to start at Motel 6 again.
If you start at the Four Seasons, you'll never get there.
And so people say legitimately, why would you do this again?
And the answer is, I've figured out that I love to solve problems, big problems.
I love the process of building companies.
of really watching people grow and pushing people to do more than they imagined that they could ever do.
And that to me is joy.
That's really fun.
The hardest thing today is the fact that we're not all in offices, that there's a lot of remote work.
And I think that's ultimately gonna be a big challenge.
But I love that process of watching people excel.
I love the process of people saying, this changed my life.
This is amazing.
Seeing them use wayfinding in a way they never did before.
And I think the biggest lesson that I've learned is, you know, leadership is challenging.
That is constantly, it takes an enormous amount of energy to constantly challenge the status quo, to constantly basically say, you know, this isn't good enough.
We're not satisfied.
We've got to get better.
And that is very, very challenging to do, but it's absolutely worth it.
